Shipping Policy

To ensure your wine arrives in peak condition Palazzo Wine only ships UPS
2-Day Air and only to a business address, unless otherwise noted. In addition,
during periods of high temperatures we will utilize ice packs in the shipper
at our discretion to protect wine shipments from possible heat damage.

Because we only ship UPS 2-Day Air our shipping costs are therefore a little
higher than other wineries that choose to ship UPS Ground. Nevertheless,
it's the only way we can ensure the wine has been handled properly and that
there is integrity throughout the shipping process. And, most importantly,
that the quality of the wine that arrives on your doorstep is the quality you expect!

Please note it may take several days to process and package your order. We
will email you the shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as
your order ships.
